SIE Merchandise: Your new online PlayStation shopping destination
Attention all US employees – due to the transition to the new SIE Merchandise website, quantities will be very limited over the next few weeks! We are working on transitioning our inventory for our new site, so please get your PlayStation product orders in as soon as possible. As we approach the go-live date (to be determined) certain products will no longer be available as they will be in-process for launch date.

We are thrilled to announce that SIE Merchandise (formerly the SIE Employee Store) will be launching a new website (date is still to be determined), offering a one-stop-shop destination for all your gaming needs and apparel. Gear up and shop the full collection of hardware, software and peripherals. Refresh your style with our newest brands, such as Marine Layer, Vineyard Vines, Fossa, North Face, Spyder, and more! PlayStation Outfitters is an internal offering for employees and contractors only.
The new SIE Merchandise website will enhance your shopping experience by providing a more streamlined and user-friendly platform for all things PlayStation. As part of this transition, PlayStation products will no longer be available on The Sony Family Center once the website is launched.
Please note, the SIE Merchandise site is currently only available in the United States. If you are located in Canada, please continue to shop online with Sony Family Center for your electronics and PlayStation products.
Who can shop
All Sony groups within the US will have access to the SIE Merchandise site, including interns and contingent workers. At this moment, we cannot accommodate retirees. Employees will be able to access the new site through SSO Microsoft AD. This will require you to be on VPN using your Sony domain. From there, you will be asked to create an account using your Sony email. Please check back to this page over the next few weeks for more information regarding registration details.
